Amanda M So we went here on a friend's suggestion, and I'm glad we did.
Buffet style Indian food!!
Spicy and Non-Spicy dishes, meat and vegetarian dishes, and even some dessert dishes (2 or 3)
The food was legitimately Indian and not say, the "water down/American" version aka Tandori Oven. (Don't get me wrong, I like Tandori -- its just not as legitimate. It would be saying Panda Express is legitimate Chinese food.)
When you approach the buffet line:
There were a few appetizer dishes with sauce!!, several main dishes and 2 to 3 dessert dishes.
And nann is given to your table.
---
The Atmosphere:
When we went there were small tables and big tables, the big groups seem to be enjoying themselves.
Also there is enough room, the dinning area does not seem crowded at all.
---
The wait staff was really nice because half our party was quite late and they never complained (and we went during lunch time) they even joked about it. They were busy at times but always responsive to our requests.
My share of the bill was $10.84, its a good deal for a buffet.
I would definitely go again.

My new favorite Indian food restaurant. The lunch is a large buffet for $9.00. The nan is fresh and warm at your table. The butter chicken is very creamy and not too spicy the fried onions are so good....I can go on.

Kevin SYou can always count on their lunch buffet to provide great dishes. Not the most choices, but the butter chicken.... Wowzers. Give it a try for sure.

Price could be $1-2 cheaper, but I think the food is pretty good. Their naan is fresh and very good. Annie P Best indian buffet ever. A good friend told me about it & it was awesome! the butter chicken rocked! Not to mention they had a great variety! Naaan was a little bland, only because I'm use to Garlic naan. Dessert was pretty good too! The second time I went there...I really wanted a dessert dish that they make, but for some reason didn't have it that day, the waitress asked me which one & had the cook make it for me & my girlfriends! So sweet of her. 2 thumbs up for this indiaan buffet!

Mercury News I have come here a lot over the years for the lunch buffet. They have always been very consistent with service, and quality of food. This place is clean and great for large groups. I believe it is now 9.71 and well worth it. I have brought some friends of East Indian ethnicity and they instantly loved the place. If they like it than I know what I should be looking for. They have something for everyone including vegetarians. The smell of the food as you walk in makes your mouth water. At least for me it does. I am usually really hungry at this point. The amount of spice they use in their foods is perfect for a wide range of pallets. They have onions and peppers along with other ways to spicen up you lunch time cravings. They have and excellent variety of dishes. It's not a small cheapy type of buffet. I think they change up some of the dishes for the lunch buffet but for the most part they keep what's popular. My favorites:Butter ChickenChicken VindalooChili FishLamb Curry I can't remember the names of the other dishes but everything is sooooo good! I recommend this place on weekdays where you didn't have breakfast and you are starved, the boss is out of town and you have time to take a long nap in the afternoon. The price is right, place is clean, high turnover so you know the food is always fresh, and the overall quality of the food is very very good.
